YOGA PRACTICE

Danielle has practiced the art of yoga for over 20 years and has traveled abroad to experience different styles. She completed her teachers training in Interdisciplinary Yoga at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica in 2005 and is certified with Yoga Alliance. Her love of the practice comes from her passion for its healing nature. Her practice emphasizes breath and physical postures to increase flexibility, strength, and serenity while enabling you to discover your unique expression and style of yoga.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSION

A one on one private instruction, each session is tailored around your individual needs and goals. Find renewed energy, balance and relaxation in each session -no prior experience necessary. When we move and open the door of the physical body, we can step inside to a well of knowledge and messages within us.

PRANASSAGE

Pranassage is a creative synthesis of bodywork and yoga that produces deep relaxation to nurture the body and mind. The recipient is passive. The therapist manipulates the recipient through a series of full body movements which stretch, massage, and nurture your body. Each session has the option of aromatherapy to enhance the experience. Leave feeling deeply relaxed, and restored.
